Glubbo is a hydration habit app. This policy explains what information Glubbo may collect, why it is used, when it may be shared, and how you can request access or deletion.

The short version: Glubbo is designed to keep hydration data boring and private. The app should not sell personal data, should not use third-party advertising SDKs for the landing page, and should only use health data after you grant permission.

Information Glubbo may collect

Hydration logs, daily goals, units, reminder settings, quiet hours, streak state, buddy mascot selection, widget preferences, and app settings.
Account information such as email address or display name if you create an account or contact support.
Device and app diagnostics such as app version, device model, operating system version, crash logs, and basic performance information if diagnostics are enabled.
Purchase or subscription status when premium features are purchased through an app store.
Optional health integration data only if you connect Apple Health, Health Connect, or another supported health service and approve the requested permissions.

How information is used

To show your hydration progress, streaks, diary, insights, reminders, widgets, and buddy states.
To schedule reminders and respect quiet hours.
To provide premium features, purchase status, account sync, support, and data export when available.
To diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve app reliability.

Sharing

Glubbo may share limited information with service providers that help operate the app, such as app store billing, crash reporting, hosting, email support, or account infrastructure. These providers should only process data for Glubbo's service needs.

Glubbo does not sell personal data. Glubbo does not share hydration logs with advertisers. Health integration data should not be used for advertising.

Children's privacy

Glubbo is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to Glubbo, contact us and we will review and delete it where required.

Data rights and deletion

You can request access, correction, export, account deletion, or data deletion from the data deletion section on the Contact page, or by emailing [email protected]. Include the email address used with Glubbo and the request type. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, billing, or dispute reasons.

Data retention

Local hydration data may remain on your device until you delete the app data or remove the app. Account, support, purchase, and diagnostic records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

Security

Glubbo uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for app and account data. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you believe your data has been exposed.

Changes

We may update this policy as Glubbo changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
